Uphill Ministries Menu Options



Meals are not included in the price of lodging. 
All of the following items listed within each menu serve as examples only and are subject to change based on market availability.  Children under age 4 eat free.

   

Camp ($30 per person per day): Breakfast $7.00, Lunch $10.00, Dinner $13.00 (Dinner meals consists of entrée, dessert & beverages.)

  • Breakfast– Continental style – Fresh, seasonal fruit, hot/cold cereal, fresh breads, coffee, and juice.  Example: Apples, bananas, grapes, berries, homemade granola, sliced quick bread, bagels, or muffins with butter and jelly, milk, apple juice, and coffee.
  • Lunch - Green or pasta salad along with a meat salad (such as tuna or ham) or cold cuts with sliced bread and condiments.  Example: Seasoned tuna salad atop a bed of fresh spring mix with fruit and chips or honey baked ham and/or smoked turkey with whole wheat bread,  leaf lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, homemade chips, and fresh fruit.
  • Dinner – Pork or ground beef, potato, pasta, beans or rice, green vegetable, whole grain bread, homemade dessert & coffee. Example: Mixed bean soup with ham, fresh salad, hot wheat yeast rolls, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, iced decaf tea, and coffee.

 Conference ($39 per person per day): Breakfast $9.00, Lunch $12.00, Dinner $18.00 (Dinner meal includes salad, entrée, dessert beverages, and linens) $39.00 per day

  • Breakfast The same options as the camp style breakfast choice above but with more variety and specialty items. Fresh fruit selection, hot/cold cereals, egg dish, assorted breads, coffee, and juices.  Example breakfast: Melon and mixed berry medley, a variety of bagels and cream cheese, scrambled eggs and/or casseroles, homemade granola, orange juice, milk and coffee or hot tea.
  • Lunch- The same options as the camp style lunch choice above but with more variety and specialty items. Example: Homemade grilled chicken salad, fresh spring mix salad with homemade dressings, fresh fruit medley and *signature* homemade tortilla chips.  Bean and rice salads, homemade hummus, and fresh baked cookies may also be included. 
  • Dinner– The same as the camp style dinner choice above but with more variety and specialty items. Example: Locally raised fresh Tilapia Cajun style, sautéed spinach, whole wheat pasta tossed in virgin olive oil and fresh garlic/basil tapenade, hot yeast rolls or French loaf, Chocolate Ganache cake, iced decaf tea, hot tea selection, and coffee.

   

 Deluxe ($47 per person per day): Breakfast $11.00, Lunch $16.00, Dinner $20.00 (Dinner meal includes appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert, beverages, linens, and waiter service) $47.00 per day

  • Breakfast– Continental style –Breakfast casseroles and scrambled eggs, ham, sausage or bacon, fresh fruits, hot/cold cereals including homemade granola, breads, coffee, milk, and juices.  Example Breakfast: Fresh berry-melon medley, bagels and cream cheese, egg and asparagus casserole, country ham and sausage, grits, homemade granola, specialty pancakes or waffles, 100% maple syrup and /or local honey, orange juice, fresh squeezed juices, gourmet coffee and hot tea selection.
  • Lunch - A selection of the following: Grilled, sautéed, or roasted fish, poultry, or beef.  Hot soups/stews and assorted pasta dishes.  All selections come with fresh breads, organic spring mix salads, fruit, and homemade dessert. Tea, lemonade and water.  Example Lunch: Mixed green salad and Tuscan pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and feta cheese, spiral sliced honey ham and baby Swiss cheese with a variety of condiments and whole grain bread, fruit medley, homemade muffins, fresh baked cookies, herbal iced tea.
  • Afternoon Snack- Your choice of cookies, cheese and crackers, fresh fruit or vegetable medley, or a combination of these three with beverage selection. In lieu of this you may choose s’mores at your personal or group campfire.
  • Dinner– A selection of the following: Appetizer, salad, beef, chicken, fish or pork, fresh vegetables, wild rice blends, pasta or potato, fresh baked bread, gourmet dessert.  Iced herbal or regular tea, hot teas, coffee and water.  Example dinner: Exotic green salad with raspberry vinaigrette, baked brie, fruit and crackers, poached salmon, garden vegetable stir-fry, pecan wild rice, yeast rolls, chocolate mousse with after eight cookies, hot teas and coffee.
